Hoi, Astrid. How ya doin’?
Haygar

Morning, (yawn), would be better if I wasn’t getting spammed with questions from all the noobs and wanna-bes.
Astrid

So what am I ? ;) Could at least entertain this happy lil’ group a bit?
Haygar

Present company excluded… and yes, I’ll share my comments. Knowing them, they’ll pass it along and maybe I’ll be able to get some semblance of sleep.

Hey! Even better… you got Astrid!
Neo-Betty Boop

Hello, Betty. Congratulations by the way.
Astrid

TYVM… it’s a bit of an OOPS! But hey, I just see it as a “Happy Little Accident”
Neo-Betty Boop

What!?! You’re preggers? How’d Astrid find out before me?
Cobalt

News to me as well…
Haygar

:P she’s just better informed than you all. Just have some Baby Bombers on stand-by, Haygar. Too soon to know if we need blue or pink, but I’m hoping for blue.
Neo-Betty Boop

Well, don’t let Nox stress too much. I’ll have a set of both ready for when you get the news.
Haygar

Will do. Anyways, what’s up with your snoop-girl, Davenport? She’s not been bringing her “A-game” lately. A lot of gaps in her articles it seems.
Neo-Betty Boop

Perhaps I can shed some light on that… The Star PR reps have been none too pleased with the “negative publicity” in her commentaries. Word has it they have been waving a slander suit and other legal scare tactics towards her news affiliate. Though you have to give the lady credit; she has managed to bring the ratings up for her affiliate by 5.273% in nearly record time.
Astrid

The station ain’t about “can” her with that sort of feather in her cap. They’ve just told her to dial it back a couple notches. She has managed to eke out a few little jabs under her editors or censors checks.
Haygar

Ok, justifiable, but still, word has it there is more to the story.
Neo-Betty Boop

There always is with you… or you make it get spun that way.
Hell Billy

Neo-Betty Boop

Before this turns into a battle of egos here, may I share a bit more intel.
Astrid

Go right ahead… I heard the Eliminators have been retired. Didn’t you say you ran with them?
Hell Billy

Worked with, yes; Ran with, no. My association was merely secondary and tactical, pre- and post, non-concurrent. My affiliation with them has been somewhat corrupted in this mess, much to my misfortune and displeasure. For the record, though I am certain must of you are already knowledgeable of this, but the Eliminators are “retired”, but not on a whole. Two of the legitimate team members are still alive, however they have no intent to carry on the moniker. I have spoken with both of them personally.. Rest assured it is valid information.
Astrid

Null-sweat, Astrid. If Haygar vouches for you, sweetie, we’re all whiz…
Cobalt

Agreed. So, Astrid, maybe you can fill in the gaps here. Word on the street is some ‘Weenies were the ones that tried to break into the PRC Sea-Tac location, but that was only after they tried to hit the Renton one and failed. Or was it your Eliminator pals?
Neo-Betty Boop

Not to butt-in here. The Halloweeners were tipped off on some info that PRC was handling “evidence disposal/destruction”; Namely, confiscated guns, drugs, and tech. The dumb-hoops took it at surface value and tried to hit the place. Word I got said they got stopped cold before they could get to the door. The guys were locked and loaded like it seemed legit but when one of them got lippy, he got cranially ventilated. From there the other gangers watched as their omae got smashed and crammed in a compactor and then BBQ’d in the smelter. They told the gangers that they handle bio-disposal and if they needed to trash a body they’d do it for a price and that the prize they were looking for was at the Sea-Tac locale. They must have had an extra bowl of stupid that day because the stupid slitches bought it and got busted.
Hell Billy

Given Hell Billy’s statement, I can only add that the Eliminators have used the Renton location prior and by this time most likely had cover within, unofficially and without PRC knowing. Hence, the unidentified and unregistered.
Astrid

We all know that’s just a cover they use to have those associated relax their guard and cause them to slip up. even if they did manage to cover and plant themselves, PRC wouldn’t want that going public, let alone Brackhaven. I wouldn’t be surprised if Brackhaven wasn’t bankrolling it.
Neo-Betty Boop

I rest my case… Aren’t we become the little conspiracy theorist? What next? Brackhaven is the Uber-Prince Arch-Bishop Messiah of the Illuminati?
Hell Billy

Oh Shut up, HB!
Neo-Betty Boop

Sadly, I must side against you on this, Betty. Brackhaven did use the PRC in his campaign to sway and additional 2.132% of the voting from the Eco-Friendly voters and associated groups. He got PRC to the table with the Metroplex Council. He has 0.00% invested interest in PRC on any level. It was pure politics.
That said, I will say that Mr. Brackhaven is most likely going to assert some influence to control potential political issues, hence getting the Metroplex Forces involved, though on their own they have right since it is a government subcontract. I only can disclose that the lead of the Eliminators, White-Out with the assistance of his hacker and a freelance hacker made the secured the facility as an operation(s) platform. Let us not forget the Eliminators niche was in extraction and deferred disposal. Such was White-Outs area of expertise. He, in turn, surrounded himself with likeminded and amorally dispositional associates. They were not cleaners, they were problem solvers, thus “Eliminators”.
Astrid

Astrid, you don’t seem like one who would work with such people.
Cobalt

We all have bills to pay, yet in the end we find ourselves setting aside and/or compromising when nuyen is put brought to the table.
Astrid

Touché’
Cobalt

I’m surprised, Cobalt. This is where I’d expect you to point out that The Eliminators were ranked and noted pros. So, who hit them?
Neo-Betty Boop

You started this line of questions. I’m just listening in… so to speak.
Cobalt

In answer to your inquiry. Yes, they were professional in the wetwork niche of our illicit trade, however grease the right palms and call in a few favors and one’s notoriety can become inflated to worth much more than actual market value. I don’t truly discredit any individual ability or team effort. They were good at being discreet in action and covering their tracks, yet even then one/many can lull themselves into a false sense of security and egos can be stroked leading to a “slip up”. Inevitably there will be another “Eliminator” team to take their place and wetwork will go on.
Astrid

You mentioned a freelancer was called in? Wouldn’t be you by chance?
Hell Billy

That info will cost you.

For a sec there, you had me going. Well played, madam, well paid.
Hell Billy

Divulge at your own risk
Astrid

I don’t know anything about Hammer-Slammer being hired in support.
Hell Billy

Idiot, LOL, you know he scans this place.
Neo-Betty Boop

Yeah, probably.
Hell Billy

Hmm… H-S is a certified pro. He’s not cheap either. Then again, if I need my tacks covered and overwatch, he’d be numero uno on my listed
Cobalt

As I said, in time, many become lax and lazy. Deferring to what money can buy them.
Astrid

What am I, chopped soy-liver? Where the love?
Haygar

Just being objective, hunny! Wouldn’t want to be considered biased ;) If I need to get around him You’d be the one I call :-*
Cobalt

shoot me…
Hell Billy

LOL. Ok, so seriously, what are you not telling us, Astrid. You obviously know quite a bit and quite bit more you’re not telling us. Give already!
Neo-Betty Boop

At this time, I only can spare my immediate dealings with the late members of the Eliminators. Yes, I was hired and yes I was their “score keeper” in a manner of speaking. I was merely a consultant, nothing more. White-Out paid me for a job. I did it. I did not hype them up. I keep my assessments professional and based on fact. I admit Cobalt has inspired me to keep tabs on developments and I am processing the data as it is divulged/delivered/collected on my end.
Astrid

I heard you got hit up for the skinny on the Eliminators by another team. I smell a little double dealing…
Neo-Betty Boop

Easy, Betty. Don’t go there. Astrid’s been more than generous here.
Haygar

I appreciate the intent, Haygar. Betty, for the record, I was offered payment for my paydata. I engaged in parlay on the team’s stats versus the roster accounts, which is my niche market; I DID NOT release any information as to their personal info, MO, or whereabouts.
Push the issue at your own risk.
Astrid

Girls, GIRLS!!! Pull back the claws and idle back. Geez!
Haygar

Alright… I take it back. Sorry, my hormones got me on an emotional rollercoaster.
Neo-Betty Boop

It must be that time of…
